Do you need a hangboard or fingerboard for your climbing training but don’t have the budget to get a Fingerschinder or other fancy hangboards?

Great news! If you have access to a 3D printer, just print it out yourself.

@sz.benedek and @petycam reached out to me to share this awesome DIY design for FREE with you all.

The story behind the idea

“We have got a story to tell. We suddenly stayed home without any hangboard, so we had to find a solution for training, which you can see in the video. We would like to share the file FREE with everyone, so maybe they can print it out. They can download it from the following link.
We would be really happy, if you would share it.
Our instagrams are: @sz.benedek and @petycam
Thank you,
Abel Szucs and Benedek Szucs”

Where to get the free 3d printing files for the hangboard?

You can download the files on the free 3d design platform Thingiverse where you also find the recommended settings for your 3D printer.

The 3d printed hangboard in action

I think, I don’t have to tell you that you need to be really careful with that as it depends heavily on the quality of the print and the used material how strong and save the hangboards are!
